GLBT INCLUSION

St. Mark's is a safe place where all persons may be valued for their inherent dignity and worth. All of God's children are welcome at St. Mark's.

St. Mark's was one of the first parishes in the Episcopal Diocese of Hawai'i to welcome GLBT persons, and many are in positions of leadership at St. Mark's. We have a long and dignified tradition of welcome. 

St. Mark's also rejoices that in the Episcopal Church, GLBT persons are welcomed into all areas of ministry, whether it is among the laity or the ordained.

St. Mark's also offers our church for the weekly worship gathering of Dignity Honolulu, the Roman Catholic GLBT organization. They worship at St. Mark's on Sunday evenings.
